1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the HostSource platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. HostSource reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your organization.

3. Use of the Platform

HostSource provides a marketplace connecting hospitality buyers with verified suppliers. You may use the platform solely for lawful procurement purposes. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or access it through automated means without authorization.

4. Orders and Payments

All orders placed through HostSource are subject to supplier acceptance and availability. Pricing displayed is set by individual suppliers and may change without notice. Payment terms, including net-30 arrangements, are subject to credit approval and supplier agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

HostSource acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not a party to transactions between buyers and suppliers. We are not liable for product quality, delivery delays, or disputes between parties. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
